Flameboy Universe

  • Flameboy Universe, born Sakhile Mavimbela, is no new to the industry as his claim to fame was winning the SFNL series, to secure a slot in the highly sought after MTN Bushfire stage.

The youngster’s album is distributed by a company called Langalam.com. This is the very same company that assisted the rapper in his single being accepted for streaming on Jay Z’s music store. The company is owned by a Swazi artist resident in England, Sibusiso Ntshangase, also known as King Siso.

Nothando Hlophe

  • Nothando Hlophe is a female gospel artist from Manzini, Swaziland. She attended St Andrews Primary, St Mary’s and completed her high school education at Phumelele High School in 2009. Her dream to make it in the industry has been marred with challenges but her faith that kept her going. Her music career instantly changed the moment she was announced the winner of the Women in Praise talent search competition hosted by Umvini Events in conjunction with Spirit Music Group.

Quad Element

  • Quad Element is a four-member Afro-soul band from Eswatini, Swaziland. The live band is made of four talented musicians namely Mfanafuthi ‘Boifut’ Nxumalo on keys and vocals, Mandla ‘Enkosi’ Mdluli on bass guitar, Thembelani ‘Tboi’ Masina and Mayibongwe ‘Mayos’ Zwane (both on vocals). Their music is a fusion of jazz, RnB, neo soul and traditional elements.
  • In 2016, the band was working on its debut 10-track album titled ‘Love Traces’. The album was recorded live at Lusweti Studio at Malkerns. It was edited and mixed at Gugupa Records in Ezulwini and was mastered in New York, in the U.S. by Harry Saint Clare, better known as Dirty Harry. The project is a soul-filled experience that infuses traditional sound with jazz elements.

Swazi Praise

  • Swazi Viols of praise is a 12 member group that is made up of three recording artists, a mixture of ‘Women in Praise’ finalists and handpicked Gospel artist.
  • Swazi Praise is a project that celebrates the talent and diversity of the artists Swaziland has. This project unites all the artists under Leserato Events.
  • The newly formed group is the first under the Swazi Praise Umbrella. The artists have been working together under the slogan Sakhakwetfu loosely translated we are building our own brand.

Nobuhle

  • Nobuhle is not new to the entertainment industry as her previous ‘Kuhle’ single made it to the SBIS 2 top 20 chart. The lady gives it her all when performing, which reminds kwaito lovers of the late kwaito queen, Lebo Mathosa. According to her producer, the ‘Ndofays’s hit song music video aims at increasing her base adding her fans could possibly look forward to something new and fresh.
  • KWAITO sensation Nobuhle recently shot a music video for her current hit single ‘Ndofaya’.The song was recorded by renowned producer, Deeflava.The video was shot at different locations around Manzini by film producer Triple Blaq, who has also done a number of videos for artists such as Kena, Ghetho Villa, Loma and many more.
